3. PentrraWallet issues the card through our card network
4. Developer balance debited
5. Transaction logged

Sandbox mode:
No identity verification, no network call, no balance debit. A fully fake card with card number, CVV, and expiry is returned instantly.

Fee structure: Fixed fee + percentage of $3.00 (the internal card funding amount), based on your active plan.
