Freezes or unfreezes a virtual card.
A frozen card cannot be used for purchases or funded until unfrozen.
Only active cards can be frozen, and only frozen cards can be unfrozen.
In sandbox mode, the card status is updated locally only. No provider
call is made and no IP check is required.
IP Restriction
In live mode, requests must originate from a whitelisted IP address.
sandbox mode has no IP restriction.
